This 7 figure global lifestyle accessories brand has seen rapid growth over the last 12 months using paid advertising. They were driving significant traffic to their website, but their email marketing revenue was only 15% of their overall sales (30% is the recommended minimum). They were using a freelancer to support them with email marketing but found that they were having to constantly direct her and weren't seeing an increase in email marketing revenue.

What we did

As with all our clients, we focused on the key areas where we knew we could generate additional revenue within weeks, not months:

1. Despite their sign-up form converting at 'Excellent' as per Klaviyo benchmarks, we knew we could do better. We implemented A/B testing and created higher-converting sign-up forms to turn more website visitors into email subscribers.

2. We implemented new flows that were focused on nurturing new email subscribers and converting them into customers. We improved the performance of the flows by mapping them to the buyer journey to build trust, address primary objections and open the buyer's mind to all the benefits of their products.

3. We created new email templates that are conversion optimised and reflect their presence as the market leader in this category.

4. We provided strategic advice on how they could increase sales by optimising the experience from the moment a subscriber signs up through to the point of conversion.

The results (within 30 days)

• Subscriber signup rate increased by 66% (despite already showing as "excellent" in Klaviyo), turning more website visitors into email subscribers that they can nurture and convert into customers.
• Revenue from email marketing increased by 473% to make up 33.18% of total revenue (previously 15.14%).
• Revenue generated by flows has increased by as much as 250%, with the Welcome Flows being the primary focus for the first 30 days.
